Clash of the Ash

8 x 10
oil on masonite

Well, it's been a while but here is a new one.
This is a still life of a hurley and sliotar - used to play
the traditional Irish game of hurling, the fastest game on grass.
I play hurling and I am a member of the
St. Louis Gaelic Athletic Club.
Come watch us on Saturdays at St. Vincent Park in Normandy.
And for those who don't know what hurling is, watch this:
What is Hurling?
